Design before demo

A good remodel starts on paper.

One team. A considered plan. An in-house designer to help you see the space before we build it.

The plan is the foundation

You approve the design
before demo day.

Design is a paid phase with real deliverables: floorplans, selections, and project renderings. You invest in a plan you can see and understand, before you invest in construction.

Let’s start with your project

01 / Thoughtfully planned

Design is real work.

The paid design phase gives you floorplans, selections, and project renderings. We work through the layout and details together, so construction begins with decisions made.

Design investment varies by project size and scope and is discussed during consultation.

02 / Thoughtfully planned

Experience, with a personal approach.

Erik brings 25 years of experience to remodeling. A home is personal. We take the time to understand yours, and keep the conversation clear from the first consult to the final walkthrough.

Questions worth asking

What happens before construction begins?

Miller Remodeling starts with consultation, then a paid design phase. Floorplans, selections and project renderings let you review the proposed space before construction begins.

What should I include in my project inquiry?

Describe the rooms you want to change, your location, timing and the problems you want to solve. The project form lets you add photos so Erik can understand the starting point.

Can I see the design before demolition?

Yes. Miller Remodeling’s design process includes project renderings so you can review the layout and selections before demolition.
